ASTROLOGEr / WRITER
Sirius Joy is seeking a freelance astrologer, writer, and researcher to join our team.
Position is responsible for researching and writing upcoming astrological features in the Sirius Joy online application/service.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• 2+ years interpreting natal astrology charts
• Ability to research and write about current astrological transits and aspects
• Interpretation of aspects for all signs, planets, and houses
• Capacity to create horoscopes for all 12 signs given a specific aspect or transit
• Proficiency to write succinct, clear, and simple astrological interpretations with a joyful flair
• Skilled at writing high volumes of content with dependable turn around
BONUS BUT NOT REQUIRED:
• Experience as a writer for blog, website, column, print, digital media, or ghost writing
• Knowledge of asteroids, fixed stars, pre-natal eclipses
• Historical knowledge of world events and planetary aspects
• Professional astrologer, life coaching, counseling, or psychology experience
CONTRACT DETAILS:
• Part time with opportunity for advancement.
• Negotiated rate based on experience and agreed upon deliverables.
• Contract and assignments are year-round.

3) Selected candidates will be later asked to submit a birth chart and a writing sample on an assigned topic of their own chart.
